The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic lawyer to join the highly successful National Litigation Unit in Stoke. If you have experience of handling Fast Track Personal Injury claims and are up-to-date with the relevant law and procedure, then this could be the opportunity for you.


The role
You will be litigating Personal Injury Fast Track (EL, PL and some RTA) cases for union members, union friends and family scheme clients whilst working under supervision.

You will have experience of running your own caseload and have the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases, involving a considerable amount of judgement and autonomy. To thrive in the role you will need to be incredibly organised, possesses outstanding client care skills and be tenacious in nature.
