The Role

Because the firm are growing, they are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their thriving Tunbridge Wells office in Kent.

The team are one of the friendliest and most experienced in the area, dealing with a varied and interesting case load property case load, including buying and selling property, equity release, mortgages and remortgages, plot sales, lease extensions, residential tenancy agreements, transfer of equity, and declarations of transfer.

You will take on a very good quality level of work, and be equipped with the skills and support required to grow and develop your skills, handle interesting work, and be a key member in the Sevenoaks team.

You will be working alongside the head of department gaining not only fantastic caseload exposure, but access to one of the technically strongest lawyers in the Kent region.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2 year+ PQE)
• You will personable and organized
• You will work well as a team
• You will have excellent customer care skills
