A new role has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a very highly regarded law firm based in Birmingham. The role of Commercial Litigation Solicitor will support an established team of talented litigators, recognised as a top tier disputes team by the legal directories.

The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be a senior associate with a strong regional or national law firm that has a solid reputation in disputes work. You will have acted on matters such as shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, breach of warranty, IT and IP disputes. Experience in cross border litigation would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a team at an exciting stage of its development. The team acts for a national and international client base and there are genuine opportunities for career progression to Legal Director level.
