Commercial Property Paralegal - 6 month FTC

Our client, a highly regarded multi location firm in Worcestershire, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join them on a fixed term contract basis.

Applications are sought from experienced paralegals who have previously worked in a property department. It is essential that you have assisted on general commercial property matters covering some of the following: commercial acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant and asset management work.

The role is due to start at short notice and has the potential to be extended further.
