A market leading Legal 500 practice is currently seeking a talented, proactive and confident Conveyancer to join their award winning team in Southampton.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to join a leading law firm in the South that values an entrepreneurial attitude, and provides a transparent approach to professional development and career progression.

Due to recent growth and expansion along the South Coast, the successful Conveyancer will manage their own caseload with an emphasis on Residential Property transactions, including;

• Sales
• Purchase
• Freehold
• Leasehold
• Transfers
• Re-mortgages

Alongside managing a caseload of the above files, you will be responsible for the continued growth of the Residential Property department, by being involved in marketing and business development.
