A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor at an ambitious firm in Birmingham, due to the Residential Property Department’s continued success.
An expanding, specialist property law department, the established firm delivers a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized businesses, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The Residential Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload from start to finish:
- Sales/purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Lease extensions
- Equity transfers
- Re-mortgages
The successful Residential Property Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 1-year PQE gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment
- Experience in the above matters
- Confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction
- Drive to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment.
Salary is up to £35K, negotiable depending on experience, and comes with excellent benefits.
