Commercial Legal Counsel with Charity

This well-known and fantastic charity is seeking to recruit a commercial legal counsel to join their busy team.

Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a broad range of commercial contracts including sponsorship agreements, events and sports agreements, working together agreements and prize draw and website terms and conditions; assisting with the intellectual property rights of the charity, researching and providing updates on relevant legislation and regulation.

The ideal application will be 1-3+ pqe and have solid commercial contract and ideally IP experience. It is not essential to have charity law experience but any commercial in-house experience will be beneficial.
