Residential Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive | Teeside
Our client, a national and long established legal practice situated in the Teeside area are expanding their Property department and seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer ideally qualified.
This opportunity will allow the successful individual to work alongside some of the regions leading lawyers.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will handle their own busy caseload from inception to completion with limited supervision including but not limited to Sales and Purchase, Freehold, Leasehold and Transfers of Equity.
The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be 3+ years PQE with proven knowledge and experience in a similar position running a high-volume caseload from inception to post completion. You will have exceptional organisation and IT skills as well as a motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
