Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive | Weston-super- Mare

My client, an excellent and well-established Law firm situated in Weston-Super-Mare are currently looking for a Family Solicitor to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive to join our client's thriving practice located in the Weston-Super-Mare area. The successful applicant will assist the firm's partners with the development of the family department, whilst managing a varied caseload of private family matters. This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful Family Solicitor will be responsible for a range of duties which include but are not limited to, handling your own busy Family caseload which will consist of a mixture of divorce, private children act proceedings, financial and cohabitation matters.

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a strong background within Family Law and have great experience managing your own Family caseload. Ideally, you will be 3+ years PQE and have Private Family experience.
