We have recently been instructed by our client, a leading full-service law firm in Warwickshire, in relation to an opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Litigation team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is seeking a varied and challenging opportunity.
About the role
This busy Commercial Litigation team work with public and private sector bodies on complex disputes, often involving multiple parties. Assisting one of seven Partners in the team, the successful candidate will be exposed to a wide variety of contract disputes, arbitration and professional negligence matters.
Daily tasks of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will include handling settlement negotiations, dealing with disclosure, researching intricate points of law and assisting with business development initiatives.
About the person
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 1 years' experience gained in a Commercial Litigation seat at a comparable firm. Candidates with more experience will also be considered. In addition, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor must be a competent advocate and be able to present orally and conduct negotiations when required.
Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that the Commercial Litigation Solicitor must possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
