An experienced Court Of Protection Paralegal is sought to join a reputable and successful firm in their Manchester office.

THE ROLE
- Working closely with the wider Court of Protection department you will handle and assisting on a variety of matters to include but not limited to;
- Dealing with Property and Finance for vulnerable clients
- Managing cash flow and budgeting
- Arranging payments and producing reports
- Ensuring the case management system is kept up to date
- Supporting Fee Earners in a wide range of duties
YOU
- You will be an experienced Court of Protection Paralegal.
- You will have at least 3 years experience handling Court Of Protection matters
- Able to understand a wide range of clients and have empathy with vulnerable clients
- Competent communicating with a variety of people both verbally as well as in writing effectively
