Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required by this market leading healthcare sector firm to deal with a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work.

Role Overview

This firm is independently recognised as a Tier 1 firm in all areas of healthcare work. In joining this firm you will work alongside leading practitioners dealing with defendant clinical negligence cases.

The role will involve managing a mixed caseload of claims against GPs and consultants for a major defence organisation, NHS Resolution and a variety of medical malpractice insurers. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with a partner who will supervise your work and there will be opportunities for client contact and business development.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate litigation experience gained at a leading medical negligence firm. Those from both a defendant or claimant backgroiund will be considered.
