An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ-5 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500 rated East Midlands firm in their Leicester office. About the role
The firm's Commercial Property team provide a complete range of legal and advisory services to commercial clients including SME's, PLC's, commercial lenders, pension schemes and developers.
A real mixed bag of work will be provided in this growth role from high value shemes to smaller bespoke ventures.
Workflows will include the following:
- Sale and purchases of commercial premises
- Commercial Landlord & Tenant transactions
- Secured lending
- Commercial & Residential Development
About the person
Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 months experience gained in Commercial Property during your training contract. Candidates with more experience will also be considered.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. An enthusiasm for Commercial Property and a thirst to learn and get stuck into the work is essential to succeed in this role.
