About the role
The Employment team carry out a good mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for respondent clients.
The Employment team carry out a good mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both Respondents and senior executive Claimants. Daily work of the Employment Associate/Senior Associate will involve advising on a range of issues including employment tribunal and litigation proceedings, mediation, discrimination, whistleblowing, corporate support, TUPE and the drafting of various employment documentation.
About the person
The Employment Associate/Senior Associate must be a UK qualified solicitor ideally with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Employment law. Candidates with less experience will also be considered provided that they have the necessary skillset for the role.
Desired attributes of the Employment Solicitor include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills and commercial acumen. This firm are looking for an independent thinker with an enthusiastic attitude and a strong ambition for career development.
