Job Description – Our client, a well-respected regional law firm in the North East are looking to recruit a Property Fee Earner/Legal Executive on a permanent basis. The role will be a combination of both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property transactions. Due to the current climate – working from home is available.
Duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing cases
- Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold files
- Dealing with title checks
- Dealing with some commercial property transactions
Applications will be considered from Legal Executives and candidates Qualified by Experience with a minimum of 12 months case handling experience. Ability to do your own typing is essential.
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)
