JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years
LOCATION: North Yorkshire (Commutable from: York, Leeds, Harrogate, Selby, Hull)

THE ROLE
Joining this Legal 500 rated team, the Employment Solicitor was take responsibility for a busy caseload of employment law matters advising a broad range of employer clients from start-ups and SMEs to major plc organisations. Your work will be both contentious and non contentious in nature; you be conducting advocacy at tribunals as well as providing corporate support to colleagues in the firm.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful applicant will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE advising commercial clients on all aspects of employment law. You will be managing your own busy caseload, forging close relationships with clients, as well as working as part of a team when required on larger complex pieces of work. As a more experienced team member, you will be encouraged to be proactive in networking and marketing initiatives on behalf of the team and firm, as well as mentoring junior members of the team.
