COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
A regional heavyweight across the East Midlands is seeking to appoint a commercial property solicitor into the Leicester office.
Opportunity:
* Commercial property solicitor sought to join regional Legal 500 commercial property offering across Nottingham, Derby and Leicester
* The team offers the full range of advice on commercial property transactions including commercial leases, freehold acquisitions and disposals, land acquisitions, disputes with developers, construction, retail development and niche areas such as planning and environmental issues
* The client base is diverse and including dealing with small to medium sized businesses including those within the retail sector.
Candidate Requirements:
* 2 to 7 years PQE
* Experience in commercial property
* Keen to undertake business development
Benefits:
* £40,000 - £55,000
