Birmingham
Up to £60k DOE
My client is a well-established and award-winning Law firm who are looking for an ambitious and talented Corporate Associate to join their growing team.
The Role:
- Handling own Caseload
- Managing junior members of the team where required
- Dealing with a wide range of corporate matters, especially those concerning ECM transactions and takeovers
- Working with companies and investment banks on the AIM market and main London Stock Exchange.
Personal Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- Minimum 3 years PQE
- Demonstrated working knowledge of public companies regarding corporate matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Salary will be dependent on experience
