This position is open to ambitious, commercially minded and entrepreneurial Lawyers who are seeking the opportunity to move away from the rigid traditional structure, to join as a Business Partner where you will receive full investment and equity to be the driving force being this firm.

This is a highly regarded firm with strong roots in Norfolk, across wider East Anglia meanwhile servicing a significant London portfolio across a range of sectors including Hotels, Leisure, Restaurants and Retail to name a few. They have experienced considerable success since inception, with an impressive track record in adapting to the times and winning new business. You will find a strong leadership presence in the business; the Managing Director is incredibly entrepreneurial and commercially minded; he is ambitious to further diversify their current offering and for this reason branching out into Legal.

This business have a history of using external firms; however inline with further growth plans, they feel now is the right time to incorporate Legal Services into their offering. There are existing relationships at the firm with significant work, and exciting projects available allowing the right person to come in and hit the ground running - working across a wide variety of Real Estate matters.

You will be at the very forefront of the Legal offering working in synergy with the Managing Director; for this reason, there is full autonomy and the opportunity for you to put your stamp on the role. They are looking for someone to come in with proven experience in a senior role, to offer fresh ideas ahead of the curve.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Lawyer or Partner seeking Equity in Norfolk

The role will be varied undertaking Fee Earning, Business Development and Management simultaneously. There is an existing portfolio of clients who will regularly provide work however you will be given full support should you bring your own contacts; and full investment to increase your client base.

The nature of work will be varied across London, Norfolk and East Anglia from small businesses to household names; the range of which should make for an exciting role. The boutique firm will be looking to be able to assist across a range of Real Estate matters including;

• Landlord & Tenant
• Leases/ Lease Extensions
• Real Estate Investment
• Real Estate Development
• Corporate Support
• Property Litigation

They are therefore looking for a versatile Real Estate Lawyer however, should you have a particular niche, you will be given the freedom and support to develop this specialism or interest further.

The firm have plans to grow over the next 12 months; however, to start they are seeking the right person to come in to champion and develop this initial offering.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Real Estate Lawyer or Partner with at least 8 PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You should have first-class communication, entrepreneurial flair and strong business development skills
