Family Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Essex – An opportunity to join an established, regional law firm handling a mixed caseload of privately funded, family matters.
JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE: 5+ years
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £40-50K DOE
THE ROLE:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen to this established firm in Essex. You will be the go to person for all family matters for the firm handling a mixed bag of work including but not limited to divorce, cohabitation & civil partnerships, private children matters, pre-nuptial and other agreements. The client base is a mix but will include some high net worth matters. You will pick up an existing caseload but will be expected to develop this further and ideally have an appetite for business development.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Solicitor will be comfortable managing their own caseload with no supervision and might have already built up some contacts in the Essex area. This is a stand-alone role where you will be expected to take part in some business development activities.
