The Role

They are seeking to hire a Senior Company Commercial Solicitor 1-3 years PQE into their growing team in North London.

You will be joining a leading, cutting edge department looking to drive the business forward and achieve their exciting growth targets. You will have top-level support from paralegals.

The work will deal with a mix of UK and international clients providing expert advice on shareholder agreements, company formations, share and asset buy backs, company sales and purchases, articles of association and commercial contracts among other areas.

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor 1-3 years+ PQE
