Top tier City Corporate practice, with a stellar blue chip client base across a wide range of sectors, is looking to hire a corporate lawyer, preferably with at least 3PQE and with experience of M&A (public and/or private) and ideally also private equity transactions, gained within another highly respected Corporate practice. Associates are given a broad spread of corporate M&A and private equity deal experience. Training is taken very seriously by the team. There are opportunities for clients and overseas secondments, and associates are actively encouraged to build their own network. A high achieving but cohesive and open door environment.
