In a currently booming property market, an opportunity is available to a Residential Property Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Experienced Conveyancer to join a highly progressive firm with an abundance of pre secured work.

This opportunity to work as a Conveyancer for a nationally recognised firm, comes with the opportunity to work from home, but still with the support of a dedicated administrative and secretarial support team

With a company provided desktop computer and integrated telephone system, you will have the luxury of being able to handle your Conveyancing caseload from your home environment after an initial onboarding and training programme also carried out remotely and provided by an in house, specialist training team

Duties and responsibilities:

- Handling a Residential Conveyancing caseload of upto 120 files
- Demonstrating a detailed understanding and competency of all sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgage, help to buy and other technical matters
- Working with a dedicated admin and secretarial team to ensure files are managed competently and completed within a reasonable timeframe
- Strengthening relationships with pre-secured referrers

There is an opportunity to start in the role of Residential Conveyancer in 2020 and in 2021. Interviews can be arranged remotely and can be conducted across the working week

If successful, as a Conveyancer, you would earn a salary between £27,000 and £35,000 depending upon experience, with a highly achievable bonus of upto £4,000 per annum, payment of professional fees, private healthcare cover, income protection insurance, a holiday package of 25 days with the option to buy and sell days and the luxury of no commute time
