A fantastic Leicester city centre law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for a full-time, permanent role within its expanding property team.
Your New Role
Key duties of the new Conveyancing Paralegal will include:
- Handling your own caseload of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold, sale and purchase files
- Managing the transactions proactively through to exchange and completion while delivering strong client service and developing established relationships
The Person
The firm looks to hire an experienced fee earning Paralegal who demonstrates:
- Residential conveyancing experience
- A confident personality with excellent communication skills
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Fantastic client care skills
Salary
On offer for the Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will be £18,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
