Client

You will be joining a leading international brand name and global market leader.

The organisation is operational across the digital media, sport and technology sectors.

The organisation has multiple international offices and is currently enjoying a sustained period of expansion and continued success via acquisition mode and also organic growth.

Role

You will be based at the organisation's London HQ.  You will also be able to undertake some element of flexible working/WFH.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues including working on exciting new future acquisitions.

You will be the organisation's Sole UK Legal Counsel and will report into the Global General Counsel.  This is a brand newly created position.

You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.

You

You will be a UK qualified Solicitor with approximately 3-8 years' PQE.  You will have prior in-house experience.  You will have some prior experience of sport, media or tech related matters and you will have worked on matters with an international/cross-border dimension.  You will also have trained and qualified at either a top 20 law firm or in-house within a sporting/media/tech/leisure/entertainment related industry environment.
