Corporate Tax Lawyer (US Firm) 2+ TO £100,000+
Rare opening at this popular US firm for an experienced corporate tax lawyer to work on a wide range of matters including M&A and other corporate transactions, real estate transactions, banking transactions and individual queries. You should have experience in advising on aspects of corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, SDLT and VAT. Any cross-border tax experience (e. double tax treaties, group structuring and location of companies within a group) would also be helpful.
