Family Locum Solicitor – Norwich/Remote – 3years PQE+ - Busy high street practice requiring a versatile and hardworking locum to start December/January and cover a period of maternity leave for 9-12 months.

THE ROLE: Our established client based in Norfolk are recruiting for an Interim Family Solicitor to join them to cover a maternity contract commencing December/January for 9 – 12 months. As an experienced Family Solicitor the firm will be looking for you to have experience in all areas of Private Family Law, the caseload will consist of but not be limited to; Divorce & Matrimonial, Children, Financial issues, Pre-nuptial agreements and more. There will also be a very small element of legal aid work. The position will be paid on a fixed term contract salaried basis.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful Interim Family Solicitor should have a solid background dealing with Family Law, you will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be confident and self-sufficient. You should be IT literate and comfortable using a case management system. You will be expected to hit the ground running with an existing caseload.
