Residential Property Solicitor- Batley

The Firm:

Regional law firm with a network of offices across Yorkshire is recruiting a residential property solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or a highly experienced conveyancer to join its CQS accredited residential property team in Batley.

Led by a team of partners who have worked together for many years, the firm has grown organically due to reputation, local relationships and client recommendation and operates nationally. The ethos of the business is to offer an unrivaled level of service tailored to the requirements of each individual client.

The Role:

Working as part of a close knit team, and reporting in to the senior partner, the role will involve handling a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion to include;

* Sales and purchases, to include freehold & leasehold, registered & unregistered
* Re-mortgages
* Buy to lets
* Transfers of equity
* Auction properties
