Civil Litigation Solicitor

Locum In House Solicitor – Remote – 3years PQE+ - A locum In House Solicitor is required by this public sector body handling civil litigation work on a temporary basis for 3 months initially with the potential for extension.

LOCATION: Remote
HOURLY RATE: circa £30 per hour

THE ROLE:
This public sector body are currently looking for a competent and enthusiastic solicitor to join their team initially for a 3 month period with the potential for extension. The In-House Solicitor will cover a range of work including providing legal advice, data protection issues, drafting agreements and managing a caseload of civil litigation claims. You will defend these civil litigation claims and complete all related work including investigation, interviewing witnesses, drafting statements,
advocacy and providing representation in court.

THE IN-HOUSE SOLICITOR:
The In-house Solicitor will have at least 3 years PQE and be happy and confident in their ability to complete the above mentioned tasks. You will have prior experience working on civil litigation claims and providing advice in relation to data protection and FOI. The In-house Solicitor will be highly enthusiastic and be looking for a challenging role in which they can build on experience.
