Spanish qualified Legal Counsel - Madrid

Client

You will be joining a hugely successful international tech based organisation.

The organisation has various offices across the globe and is continuing to expand into new territories.

Role

You will be based at the organisation's central Madrid offices in Spain.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various day to day legal issues.

You will report directly into the European Legal Director and you will enjoy direct access to the support of your legal team colleagues located both within Spain and across Europe.

You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package including shares and bonus components.

You

You will be a qualified Spanish lawyer with approximately 1-7 years' PQE.  You will have acquired a range of previous experiences in relation to drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and you will have some prior experience of tech related issues.  Any foreign languages would be advantageous.
