Residential Conveyancer

Clayton Legal are proud to bring to you a role for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer, for a highly well-established high street law firm based south of Sheffield for their very busy property department.

On a day to day basis this Residential Conveyancer role will consist of dealing with Sales and Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold matters from initiation to completion, managing a caseload of around 70-100 files of residential matters, with support from experienced assistants.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience and will consider more senior candidates as well. Experience as a Residential Conveyancer with experience of handling their own case-load from start to finish dealing with a freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered titles is essential and candidates need to be qualified as a Solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.

Salary for this Residential Conveyancer role is dependent upon property experience
