Private Client Solicitor - 1 to 3 PQE

This regional practice seek to recruit a Solicitor to join their Private Client team in Central Tunbridge Wells.

Role:

The top tier ranked firm are looking for a Solicitor with some qualified experience to join the busy Estate Planning division of our Private Client department (Band 1 ranked, Legal 500).

You will develop a full caseload under supervision or directly (depending upon individual experience and the complexity of clients' needs) advising on and drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax Planning and related matters. You may also be asked to take on some probate matters, to help you gain experience of administering estates.

You will work with clients to identify the best means of holding and passing on assets, which take account of individuals' particular circumstances and seek to minimise tax liabilities. You will work in close association with accountancy professionals and financial advisers to provide clients with a comprehensive service and the best possible advice.

You will get involved with a variety of Marketing & Business Development activities which will help you to build and maximise your profile as you gain experience.

Candidate:

- 1 to 3 years PQE
- Previous Private Client experience, ideally within Estate Planning
- A willingness to work towards STEP or CTA qualification is desirable
