MOJ Portal Fee Earner | Liverpool
I am working with a growing personal injury firm based in Liverpool who are recruiting for an MOJ Portal Fee Earner to join their growing Personal Injury team.
The Portal Fee Earner will join a team dealing with MOJ portal RTA matters. Daily duties of the role include valuing injury claims, Obtaining and reviewing medical evidence Collating special damages evidence, negotiating towards settlement and issuing of Stage 3 Proceedings where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, have previous use of a case management system and work effectively to deadlines.
The salary on offer is dependent on experience.
