Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced law costs draftsman to join a well known Newcastle law firm on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be responsible for producing and submitting bills of costs for court and legal aid assessment dealing with both civil (primarily personal injury and clinical negligence) and criminal work.
You will be experienced in drafting legal bills and legal aid billing and it is essential that you have experience in personal injury and clinical negligence work.
You will be an excellent negotiator, and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ideally you will be a member of the association of costs lawyers however experienced candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered.
Salary to £35,000 (may increase for the right candidate).
