A well-established Top 100 firm are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate / Senior Associate to join their department in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
The Role
The successful Commercial Litigation Associate / Senior Associate will handle their own caseload of varied matters including commercial and corporate disputes and sector specific work such as shareholder disputes, professional negligence, commercial fraud and injunctions. You will be able to provide advice to clients and resolve disputes through litigation, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution.
Requirements
The ideal Commercial Litigation Associate / Senior Associate will be a minimum 5 years PQE in a similar position. You will boast a strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
