Recognised by the Legal 500 and their outstanding Clinical Negligence department, this is an excellent and quite rare opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join perhaps the best regarded Defendant Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool city centre.
You'll be acting on behalf of the NHSLA and local hospital trusts and you will be responsible for handling a varied and diverse caseload of defendant Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview right through to completion of the matter, alongside assisting the senior team on cases of real complexity.
You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor (NQ level to around 5 years PQE) or Legal Executive and posses in excess of two year’s experience in dealing with Clinical Negligence claims as part of a renowned and established team, and have gained experience in the entire life cycle of a Clinical Negligence claim.
This is a defendant Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor role, and therefore defendant experience is desirable, however if you are from a Claimant background, you will be given equal consideration and are actively encouraged to apply.
The firm offers a market leading salary up to £45,000, alongside a full benefits package as just reward for an involving and exciting Liverpool city centre-based role.
