THE ROLE
An exciting new vacancy has been created for a Solicitor c 3 - 8 PQE with a commercial / technology background to join an established in house legal department
The workload will be business facing with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including, technology agreements, NDA's, GDPR and regulatory matters.
As a member of a highly respected team, there will be an opportunity to advise on other legal issues including; pre- litigation, risk and corporate matters.
THE CANDIDATE
