In House: Newly qualified/ Junior TV Production Lawyer

Our client, an independent production business based in central London are expanding their in house legal team.  This company prides itself on producing award winning content across a myriad of genres to include animation, factual and documentaries.

The head of legal is now looking for a junior lawyer to support them across all areas of the business.  The role will cover all aspects of legal and commercial negotiations and drafting in relation to TV productions.  This will include cast, crew, location and agent deals.  Candidates must have strong attention to detail and have either trained in house or with a firm with solid commercial contract review and drafting skills. 

Ideal candidates will have the ability to work with everyone across the business including the creatives, head of production, head of legal , CEO and MD.   You will have a demonstrable interest in TV and Film production and have had some exposure to the sort of contracts in the industry.  

The role would suit a recently qualified lawyer with some training in IP and Media/ TV contracts.
