SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, CONSTRUCTION AND DISPUTES, ARABIC, DUBAI
CLIENT: One of Dubai's largest developers has partnered with us to help them put together a new, expanded legal team, to be based in their Dubai head office.
ROLE: You will handle a mix of front and back end construction matters, but with an emphasis towards disputes, likely to be conducted on a UAE basis.
CANDIDATE: Guideline criteria for the position is as follows:
- You will need to be 5-12 PQE and there is a strong preference for candidates with good private practice backgrounds.
- Those with additional in-house work could be well suited.
- You must also be based in the region already.
- You'll need fluent Arabic skills and in depth local disputes knowledge across either construction or real estate sectors.
