Their team deals with complex commercial, IP and technology deals across all sectors but with a particular focus on the life sciences, communications and high-tech sectors.
Description
Key responsibilities of a Commercial Lawyer include:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating service and software license agreements
- dealing with technology licences, franchising and collaboration agreements
- managing all related transactional IP matters
- advising clients with market expertise
- business development
Profile
The successful Commercial Lawyer will have excellent academics and strong technical skills.
You will be expected to have some experience on the commercial aspects of transactional IP, data protection, M&A and outsourcing.
