Solicitor / Lawyer - Commercial Law (non-contentious) | Lancashire | Salary Negotiable

My Client are dynamic and highly experienced business lawyers with offices in Lancashire and Manchester. They are Legal specialists, committed to provide the highest quality service through a real understanding of client needs, business priorities and specific requirement.

Summary

My Client are seeking technically astute candidates with experience of advising on a range of commercial matters, including Agency Agreements, Distribution agreements, Franchising, Joint Ventures, Terms and Conditions of trade as well as general Non-Contentious Commercial work.

In addition to the requisite technical skills, you will be an ambitious self-starter who is well connected and enjoys business development activities. I am especially interested to hear from candidates motivated to progress their careers with the drive and capability to realise growth for the firm.

The candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or FILEX (6 years PQE, no upper limit)
• Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career.
• Some following is preferred but not essential as clients has continuous stream of work.
• Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
• Able to lead on transactional and advisory commercial legal work, whilst knowing when to ask for supervision
• Self-motivated and professional
