A National award-winning law firm are seeking conveyancers and property lawyers who will join their residential property department at their Chester office.
If you are someone who wants to come away from the traditional law firm model to work as a consultant, you can start accessing the fees that you currently bring to your existing firm, then this could be for you.
Working mainly Residential Property transactions, you will benefit from a split fee 70/30 in your favour, so this can be very lucrative if you are one who can bring in a lot of your own work. This role is office based with the option to work from home.
You must have at least 2 years solid conveyancing experience and have the desire to develop the business by growing your own client portfolio.
