Commercial Property Solicitor | Brighton
Due to continued growth, a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked law firm in Brighton, East Sussex is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for a full-time, permanent role.
Your New Role
Joining an established and successful firm, you will work alongside the commercial property team and handle a range of high-quality transactions including:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Sale and purchase of land and associated businesses
- Working on development sites
You'll be working closely with a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer and the wider regional real estate team in London.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor who demonstrates:
- 5+ years’ PQE, ideally gained in a similar environment
- Experience managing your own property caseload from start to finish
- Existing contacts/introducers of work (highly advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
In return, the Commercial Property Solicitor will be afforded an attractive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, together with great benefits including consideration of flexible working if desired.
