Leading global distributor are looking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to its well established In-House team based in their Warwickshire Head Quarters.

Your new role
You will provide excellent, responsive, customer focused and cost effective in-house legal support to the business. Where appropriate you will utilise external legal advice and provide support to the junior legal counsel. You will also be expected to support on key strategic projects and complex commercial contracts whilst working with key decision makers in the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified solicitor / lawyer with a thorough knowledge of commercial contracting including negotiating, drafting and advising on the terms of commercial contracts with customers and suppliers. Experience of managing of junior team members would be beneficial.
