The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters in a thriving and growing team. You will have excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant and development and leasehold, vast experience of representing clients and providing excellent service for both businesses and individuals. With 8+ years PQE you will have the ability to work under pressure and have strong business development skills. The role will require you to have outstanding written and IT skills. Confident, approachable and motivated, you will be highly organised and proactive with great attention to detail, have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, supporting a culture of ownership and teamwork, have a proven track record of achieving commercial targets and articulate with excellent communication skills.
