Head of Operations - Legal
An experienced Operations Manager is wanted for a fantastic Manchester based legal opportunity. Applications are invited from experienced Operations Managers with at least 3 years experience acquired in a dynamic and fast moving legal or professional services environment. Salary is £35k - £55k with immediate start enabled through remote working.
The successful candidate will join an established law firm, working alongside Directors and overseeing the delivery of the growth strategy for a rapidly expanding department dealing predominantly with Professional Negligence and in particular Financial Services. Day to day duties will include risk management, the build out of process and technical driven initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance customer experience, the driving of change, continuous improvement and the reduction of costs to improve overall consistency and effectiveness of the legal services offered and project management.
