THE ROLE:
This extremely busy and highly regarded family team in South East London is looking to appoint an additional Solicitor to work closely with a Partner on publicly funded family and childcare matters. The firm handles a broad range of family and childcare matters for both publicly funded and private paying clients. This role is handling a 100% legal aid work with a large proportion of the work focused on care proceedings. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision. The role is based in South East London and so the firm will ONLY consider candidates that live in the local area or within easy commute.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and have gained experience in legal aid family and children's work. Ongoing training and guidance will be provided. Children Panel membership is not essential but the firm does encourage candidates to work towards this.
