Senior Legal Counsel - Tech/Fintech

Fantastic opportunity for a commercial/IT lawyer to join a fast-growing, technology company based in West London with excellent flexible working options. Reporting to the General Counsel as their number two, this role will involve elements of Commercial and Technology law, as well as working closely with business stakeholders.

Ideally, you will have at least 3+ years PQE and be confident in working independently as well as in collaboration with others. This role will involve providing commercially minded and pragmatic legal support on a variety of matters; along with drafting, negotiating and advising upon contracts for IT, maintenance and professional services, supplier agreements, regulatory, and a huge range of other commercial matters.
