JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: Hampshire
SALARY: £35-40K DOE
OVERVIEW:
• Expanding team requires additional residential conveyancing fee earner
• Varied caseload of transactions – freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered, shared ownership and new-build properties
• You will be managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Alongside the team you will get involved in developing new client and referrer relationships, building the reputation of the team locally
• You will have at least 2 years’ experience working as a Conveyancing fee earner with a proven track record managing a busy caseload
• Ideally you will have a relevant legal qualification and local contacts would be a distinct advantage.
