Fantastic opportunity for an experienced housing disrepair fee earner / paralegal or personal injury fee earner with comprehensive litigation experience to join this highly successful Merseyside based practice. This law firm are one of the most secure Litigation based practices in the region and have continued to grow throughout the last few years despite PI reforms & pandemic.
There are opportunities at all levels so Paralegals, Fee Earners, Legal Executives, Solicitors and Team Leaders will all be considered.
You will be working as part of a small Housing Disrepair team that is looking to gradually expand to match the increase in instructions they have recently received. They do have a reliable supplier of work that can consistently increase work volumes to match demand, so there is plenty of scope to develop your role and increase your responsibilities whilst the department grows. There is already an existing Head of Department in place however he will be able to provide you with support and also provide training to staff that have yet to specialise in Housing Disrepair.
Salary for this housing disrepair role will be based on experience level however you will be looking at a salary of circa £28,000 - £40,000 for qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives plus an added bonus scheme. Staff regularly earn in excess of £10,000+ in bonus, from overtime and settlement schemes.
Location is ideal for any mode of transport as you will be within 5 minute walking distance of the local train station as well as being situated close to the motorway and having on-site parking available.
